Qualicer 2016 is continuing to confirm the sessions that will be complementing the presentations and discussions of the communications that technicians and researchers have sent to the Congress.

After the session on the digital factory, the factory of the future, following Monday’s inauguration of the Congress, on Tuesday morning, 9 February, there will be a session on digital decoration. This technology is no longer just working with inks but has also been extended to other materials. The main actors in this field in constant evolution, spearheaded by the machinery manufacturers, are the machine printhead manufacturers, the manufacturers of the materials used by the machines, and of course the ceramic tile manufacturers that install these machines in their production lines.

This session will focus in detail on that part of the digital factory that has already become a reality, in which innovation takes place daily. The session will comprise two panel debates. The first panel will consist of materials and printhead manufacturers. The second panel will feature machine and ceramic tile manufacturers.

Gillian Ewers, Marketing Manager at Xaar, has recently confirmed her participation in this Qualicer 2016 session. Congress Technical Secretary Javier Rodríguez Ejerique welcomed her personally to the Congress at the recent Cersaie trade fair held in Bologna.
